Pros

Salary Credited on Time: One of the standout positives of working at Trikon is that they are incredibly punctual when it comes to salary disbursement. Employees can count on their paychecks arriving on time without any delays.

Cons

Partiality in Work Schedules: The most glaring issue I've encountered here is the apparent partiality in work schedules. Some departments are fortunate enough to have Saturdays off, while others are required to work. Hike Discrepancies: When it comes to salary hikes, there seems to be a significant discrepancy. If you are well-connected or close to the management, you stand a good chance of receiving a substantial raise. Unfortunately, for the rest of us who are not in this privileged circle, the hikes are often disappointing. Strict Login and Break Policy: Trikon has a very strict policy regarding login and break times. While punctuality is essential in any workplace, the stringent enforcement of these policies can sometimes make employees feel like they are under constant surveillance Mobile Phone Restrictions: Trikon enforces a strict no-mobile-phone policy within the premises, providing employees with no option but to deposit their phones in a designated mobile locker. This policy can be quite inconvenient for those who need to stay connected or have emergencies to attend to. No Indian Festival Leaves: The company's refusal to grant leave during Indian festivals, and the subsequent denial of leave requests on these occasions, is a significant drawback. This policy disregards the importance of cultural and religious celebrations in the lives of employees. Poor Work Culture: The work culture at Trikon leaves much to be desired. It often feels toxic, with a lack of camaraderie and collaboration among employees. The absence of a positive and supportive work environment can be demoralizing. Lack of Work-Life Balance: Achieving a work-life balance at Trikon can be an uphill battle. The demands of the job often spill over into personal time, making it challenging to disconnect and recharge. Limited Employee Voice: The company seems to lack a mechanism for employees to voice their concerns or suggestions effectively. This absence of an employee feedback system can lead to frustration and hinder improvement opportunities. High Employee Turnover: It's concerning that the average tenure of a good employee at Trikon is only around 11-12 months. This high turnover rate indicates significant dissatisfaction among employees and should be a red flag for potential recruits. Inflexible Hours: The company's lack of flexible working hours can be problematic for those with personal commitments or varying schedules. This lack of flexibility can be a barrier to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
