This used to be a great Co to work for! Benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, event tickets, gym with personal trainers, tuition reimbursement, fmla and medical leave, catered partys.
Cons
Culture consists of a "making the rules as they go atmosphere". With this you have gossipping, back stabbing, dishonesty, favoritism and nepitism, taking credit where not due, unfair cases built against employees based on inaccurate info, dedicated hard working employee passed over for advancement, all present in upper management! Lower management/supervisors expected to take responsibilty for mistakes made by upper management. Employees asked to disregard or even hide truth from CEO. The Code of Ethics is violated by the very people who should be upholding it!
