Pros
Extremely employee-friendly work culture; open door policy at the executive level that is really what it claims, accessible and ready to listen. The sense of engagement in the company mission is remarkable, and this is modeled from upper management on down--there is no divide between what is expected from the executive side and other departments. Everyone is expected to do their best and to empower their fellow Trigild colleague to do the same, not just with words but with tangible action. This made the day-to-day responsibilities really feel like a team challenge rather than a solo flight, which is rare in most companies.
Cons
No cons. Working at Trigild was exciting because the energy level was so high, while at the same time the sense of work community and support was always emphasized.
