Pros
The company manages to get an influx of extremely talented, hard working individuals, but doesnt keep them. Most of them have great personalities and are the reason why people stay past 1 week. There is a CrossFit gym, but unfortunately isnt used appropriately and doesnt have adequate (or any level trainer) trainers. Most arent able to take advantage as it is since they're made to feel guilty for working out during lunch or have to work through lunch the majority of the time. Fantastic products that help athletes.
Cons
The upper level management isnt existent and the below reviews are completely correct. The CEO, with NO actual training, education, certification (the personal trainers certification is expired), etc. micro manages projects and works on things that feed his ego. Executive team (all 2 people) cater to his wants/tantrums and not to what the company needs. Be ready to be berated in the middle of the office, work long hours, be texted/called in the middle of the night and to not have a personal life. There is no scientific validation to the education or to the products and CEO doesnt believe in research or ensuring their validity. His own OCD and insecurities get in the way of actual work that makes an impact. Extremely high turn over.
