Backstab you - Anonymous employee Trigger (Canada) Employee Review

Pros

There are some good people that work there.

Cons

The owner changes his mind constantly. The company is on edge depending on his latest mood/whim. He talks about loyalty and being there for one another then the next minute you can have a target on your back because you texted at the wrong time. Then he gets others to fire people because he can't be honest. They also protected an employee that was inappropriate with his behaviour towards staff.

Pros

Open-minded, ideas-driven, future-focused possibilities in the work. Trigger also attracts some solid talent not only highly capable and driven for contribution, but good-natured and great to work with.

Cons

Less a con, and more something many firms of all sizes can work on - with shifts in direction and change comes the people development side and an ongoing commitment to that at all levels, something to continue to build given so much great stuff in place already.

Pros

Get to work on challenging projects. The creative opportunities aren't limited. Creative Directors fight for creative scope in pushing executions.

Cons

At times no regard for deadline scope is considered and people get thrown under the bus. Management doesn't go above and beyond to foster positive encouragement.
