      Being able to work autonomously on projects of various sizes Working with senior team members to set the standard Approachable CEO / MD Social events - now and again Plenty of snacks Decent office space

      Cons

      Best intentions barely amount to anything in terms of improving the company No functional HR team Questionable disciplinary procedures Management claim to take suggestions on-board but it's down to teams to drive them forward

      Wonderful people. Lovely atmosphere. Great banter & feeling part of a family. Some big name customers. Trigg very strong in media and retail media.

      Process and governance opportunities for improvement but this is typical for a company this size.
