You end up wearing many hats working in such a small place. I was able to drift out of my comfort zone and help in several departments. Staff was kind and had a strong sense of community.

I worked for a time without a raise but they were up front about being on a “raise freeze”. I ended up getting one and it was good!

Great co-workers, pay is decent for the job responsibilities

Management is terrible, very cliquey and a lot of favoritism.
