Pros

Tridon is the first place I have worked where I feel like its truly OK to be myself. It is a very accepting and welcoming place to work with a diverse group of staff from all places and races. Everyone is really excited about solving problems and finding solutions to problems; not just for the customers but also internally. I find Tridon to be very realistic place to work, if you perform your job and give a darn you will do well here. Its also realistic in that takes into account that fact that everyone has lives outside of work and flexibility is something that is offered. Since new Management has taken over this place is on the upswing and I am very excited to see where Tridon will be in the next 2 - 5 years.

Cons

Like every organization that is growing and changing Tridon isn't perfect and there will be growing pains and failures that the company will have to learn from. There is lots of work to do to correct some of the mistakes and issues caused under previous management, however things are trending in the right direction.

Pros

They gave me a job.

Cons

They are so poorly run it's incredible. Turnover is very high because no one gets any raises and the wages are already too low to begin with. If you want a raise at this company, you basically need a job offer at another company for more money for them to consider matching it, and at that point you may as well take job offer. Because of the insane turnover, there's no institutional knowledge. Every time they send you out on a job, you have no instructions, you basically have to figure everything out yourself. Don't expect any training.
