Letting someone go, be it for cause or due to economic conditions, is always the last option on our list. Much has changed since you moved on from Tridon, from our day to day process all the way up to our senior leadership team. We’re learning, growing, and improving as an organization every day, and e may have opportunities for which you’d be a good fit. If you’d like to discuss this further, please contact me at HR@tridon.com.
They are so poorly run it's incredible. Turnover is very high because no one gets any raises and the wages are already too low to begin with. If you want a raise at this company, you basically need a job offer at another company for more money for them to consider matching it, and at that point you may as well take job offer. Because of the insane turnover, there's no institutional knowledge. Every time they send you out on a job, you have no instructions, you basically have to figure everything out yourself. Don't expect any training.
