Pros

- Paid in USD, Timely Payment and Reimbursements - Fully Remote Work - Great Coworkers (NOT Management) - Useful network, "prestige" of working at a Unicorn for exit opportunities - Idea is fantastic - I was duped at first, like many others.

Cons

- Toxic/ Inexperienced Management managing experienced people with ego. Expect you to agree with HQ or face ostracism. Micromanagement on a microscopic level. - Frequent Restructuring/Firing for arbitrary reasons/Office Politics - Pushing staff to sell shifty deals to buyers, burning lot of bridges and creating further trade inefficiencies - Product/Platform doesn't work / no value added. All hot air. - Poor reputation in the Industry for extremely late payments, shady business practices, double standards. "We can't pay the supplier because we haven't been paid yet" - Yet your entire business model is based on eliminating these risks to our stakeholders. - Constant price shopping exhausting supplier/client goodwill, overpromising. - Almost weekly changes in PIC/KPI/projects/priorities - PURE CHAOS justified as a "startup" - Treats staff like commodities, all the good people leave. - Toxic Managers, expect international staff to work as if they were in Korea where no labor rights exist. Set mandatory meetings before/after hours. - Foreign staff take the blame for all issues, Korean HQ are staff always safe. - NO COMMISSION (Even thought it was promised)

Easy job Relatively good payment

Cons

Lack of tools. There are no resources available to perform the sales role effectively, such as a CRM system, databases, proper lead qualification or any structured, strategic approach to acquiring new customers. Furthermore, management is unable to handle product feedback due to the numerous bugs and issues with the information provided by Tridge Eye, the core product. In short, management is asking for sales without providing the basic tools. Also, be prepared for payments to be delayed by many months, for HR to send apologetic emails, and for you to be asked to work for free.
