Pros

The value proposition is very good on paper. I believe that with the right management, they will be a global unicorn. This is a great place for Koreans but if you are not Korean it is a good fit if you are looking to earn a wage while you study or until you get your dream job. - Diverse team - Fair wage - Wage is paid on time - Flexible work from home schedule

Cons

-The work culture is to nod in agreement, exaggerate about experiences, or be sidelined. - There are two different teams; the Korea office and EM'S (the rest on the other side). - Passively militarized. Some of the reviews are TOKENISM from people who had performance talks with HR. - No pathway nor objectives, you will wake up not knowing what is expected of you as it changes daily. - Communication with HQ staff who make all the decisions can be difficult due to time differences and they are usually overwhelmed. - No HR. Though the hire is diverse, they have no idea what diversity or inclusivity means.

Pros

Easy job Relatively good payment

Cons

Lack of tools. There are no resources available to perform the sales role effectively, such as a CRM system, databases, proper lead qualification or any structured, strategic approach to acquiring new customers. Furthermore, management is unable to handle product feedback due to the numerous bugs and issues with the information provided by Tridge Eye, the core product. In short, management is asking for sales without providing the basic tools. Also, be prepared for payments to be delayed by many months, for HR to send apologetic emails, and for you to be asked to work for free.
