They are a good Company to work for

There isn’t any negative comments.

There aren't too many pros. I can't complain about my current schedule as it's Monday- Thursday. It's easy work i guess.

Management doesn't care about the employees. I was told I was getting moved into a supervisor position over a year ago and still have not been moved up. Management is clueless as to what we actually do at our site. The raises we get are laughable. They hire new people at slightly less, the same or more than you make even though you have put in 4 years at the same site. Zero recognition for the employees who work hard and keep sites running smoothly. Zero recognition for employees who put in ridiculous OT to cover open shifts when it takes 4+ months to fill a spot. Employee turnaround is awful. I have seen 13 people come and go on 2 different shifts as well as a few people who would have worked great only to be taken and sent somewhere else after we spend a week training them. All of this in only 5 years. Horrible managers with terrible attitudes and zero managerial skills.
