Low company culture, unsupportive management, and overall negative atmosphere - Recruiter Trident Security Services Employee Review

No SOPs, which leads to mass miscommunications in HR. The tenured vets there run the show, and are not friendly to newcomers- even when you are out preforming them. The HR management needs a lot of work- they are aggressive and throw tantrums. Not a professional environment whatsoever. The mood changes in the office daily based on the senior recruiters attitude. A lot of inter-company conflict, not a team atmosphere. Turn over rate is high but nothing is done to change this- they just stay complacent. Not an equal opportunity employer- they will decide where they can put you based on RACE and appearance.
