      Pros

      Some fantastic staff that really try hard in an often difficult environment. Team work with front line staff is fantastic and everyone really wants to help and support each other. Good training opportunities. Free parking in the city centre!

      Cons

      The senior management do not effectively support staff, there is a blame culture from management down and changes take a long time to take effect. The infrastructure of IT, HR and Finance do not support the operations and often it can feel like an uphill battle to get to perform well.

      Pros

      My team and my manager were great, always supporting each other with guidance, work loads and stress. Diversity is very good in the company

      Cons

      Pay is awful Higher management do not support their team, the workloads were to much but expected to be completed The teams did not have enough people for the workload Higher management would promote within the friends group It’s very clicky and if you don’t fit you will be excluded Higher management do not listen to their team Some higher management is repairs are aggressive and abusive

      Pros

      The mission of the organisation is great, especially with the larger players pulling out of care and support, Trident continue to provide the vital services.

      Cons

      Generally the pension and pay is not as great.
