I've seen people at work one minute, pulled in an office and then vanish after doing absolutely nothing wrong, especially during this pandemic. Bad behaviour appears to be rewarded. If your face doesn't fit you are ousted. Communication is horrendous. Make promises to clients which cannot and never will me kept. The list is endless. Can't wait to get out.
