Pros

The best thing about working at Trident was, for the first year and a half, the sales team, and friendship/friendliness of middle/upper management. It was a perfect place to start your sales career, as management was able to support you with knowledge and direction.

Cons

First and foremost, the "CFO" is a crook. When I was let go, he personally threatened me with legal action without standing or cause, withheld my final paycheck, and ended up writing a check for less than was owed to me. Now that that is out of the way - From the beginning, Trident never paid their employees competitive wages. However, due to the employment of a mostly young staff, this was understandable. The changes in management, both in style and personnel, in 2014 made Trident a very frustrating place to work for a number of reasons. Among those were: Management's inability to properly manage their suppliers, disrespectful treatment of employees, and new management's lack of knowledge within the industry/inability to support the sales staff.
