      Pros

      After working for 1.5 yrs I still didn't regret for joining this company. I can't recollect any Pros.

      Cons

      1. Salary is uneven( Though the date is 10th but it is never credited on time. It even goes upto 20) 2. Lack of transparency between management and Team lead. 3. I resigned on April 2011 and still haven't received my full and final settlement.

      Pros

      Awesome advancements and raises. Excellent learning and working environment. This company has allowed me to pursue my dreams and provided awesome opportunities I have yet to find elsewhere.

      Cons

      It was merged with an Electrical Contractor which eventually changed everything about it. The managers were demoted and it kinda fizzled. The Electrical Contractor didn't keep the most profitable parts but just the parts that helped them do what they were already doing.
