Trico has a great production department, and they are always pushing to grow within the company and for individuals to further their education. The overall culture is friendly! This is a family-owned company in their fourth generation and the owners are very open about the status of the company and constantly show their appreciation!

Insurance is not the best. HR takes forever to get back to you on everything

Management is ego driven and they make you fear them by the threaten you with losing your job. People get fired on a whim and it is very stressful. Customers are only respected when it easy and it doesn’t cost anything. This is very frustrating because it is in our mission statement and they preach customer service daily but don’t ask for help in helping a customer. You have to do it on your own and hide it. As soon as I can get another job I am out of here!
