Pros
The food is great, and if you're at the right location, there is money to be made. Small discounts on food unless you are in management. Uniforms aren't bad.
Cons
Not much consistency as far as communication is concerned. Management is never on the same page. Seemed like a "boys club" as far as ownership goes. Lots of inappropriate interactions and relationships that made favoritism seem even more apparent with most of the female staff. Seemed like you had to sleep with one of them to truly be heard about anything.
