Working in a dynamic and small studio that sees high growth and fast progression was a great kick-start to my career path. My initial internship at Tricks progressed into a full-time role. You're able to collaborate with the rest of the studio, shadow roles that differ to your own and are exposed to creative projects for global clients. Senior management are passionate, supportive and care about your development and well-being as part of the team. There's a real camaraderie in the studio and everyone feels included in wider business analysis and how the company is performing. During my time at Tricks, I was able to develop my skills across a range of responsibilities, and gained valuable experience at a fast pace. The team are friendly, professional and welcoming.
