Pros

Admirable mission to reach people living in conditions of extreme poverty, with great impact in individuals' lives as a result, both materially and spiritually. Accomplished, hardworking colleagues Work involving countries across different regions—but mostly limited to Guatemala, Burkina Faso, and India—allow for some opportunities to use French/Spanish language and gain experience working across cultures.

Cons

Culture of overtasking and unrealistic expectations regularly create a stressed and often dismissive work environment. This is further exacerbated by high turnover and lack of meaningful decision making about what is worth pursuing and what is not. Few genuine professional development opportunities or room for growth, would strongly not recommend for entry-level roles Low job security and an attitude that lower-level staff are disposable; no patience for learning on the job, and little to no training beyond general thematic areas. Low enthusiasm for flexible work arrangements such as working from home. *All Glassdoor reviews express a subjective experience. Pros

The company culture is great. I felt incredibly comfortable and valued by every single person I interacted with. I was made to feel like an important part of the team. Mental health is taken seriously here which was refreshing and very appreciated. Everyone here communicates well and is transparent.

Cons

I don't feel I have any accurate cons of working here. I left due to personal reasons brought on by the pandemic.
