Compensation is fair and opportunity to earn is defiantly on the table. Culture and individuals on the Tribute Team are amazing. Professional, bring a ton of domain knowledge, open to help, and care about our clients/the work they do.
Cons
Heavy competition in the market. Not much opportunity for human connection. Teams don't travel to meet and connect in person.
