      Pros

      If you're new to PM it's a great place to start. After a year; run!

      Cons

      The new EVP came in and references herself as the slave driver. She is getting rid pf everyone who doesn't fit into her thought of PM. Those who fit what she wants gets promoted with little to no experience compared to the ones who are experienced. She either fires them or drives them away You will only learn from her how to make a property look nice and be a supposed Rockstar. You will not learn anything else. They keep something going like a high school clique all the time.

      -Still small enough where you know almost everyone -Great leadership -Supportive colleagues

      Cons

      -Time off, sick and vacation, are extremely limited and don’t align with the work life balance they preach -Still a growing company so there are some growing pains -Weird hierarchy where IT runs the show
