      Pros

      The office location is really good for access to Oxford Street, Regents Park and a large number of tube lines. Opportunity for travelling.

      Cons

      There is a lack of commitment to a budget for sending staff on external training courses. Communication within the company could be better.

      Niche Area , Brilliant concept, More agile compared to competition

      Cons

      1.Company is too engineering/management oriented and does not really trying to listen to employees 2.Does not provide a free hand to even senior people to grow , too controlling 3. Too much politics for a very small company,every body too protective of there jobs/space which hampers the growth of the company and any new ideas
