- Work Time Mgmt (you wo't get enogh time for issues, first they ask you the time limit than they reduce then you have to work till late night to complete your tasks on time ) - No Work/Life Balance ( according to them work should be your first priority rather than family ) - Leave Mgmt. ( forget leave ) Work work work ...There is clueless ,endless and view-less work will be forced to you to do that even you are not allowed to have more time for tea break and lunch so unless u r robot stay away.

- Work and projects they own and work upon are of distinct level - Can take the advantage of advance salary when in need - A lot to learn such as self reading habits

- Low paying salary structure - Worst work life balance - No surity of holiday approval even after applying 3 months prior to need - Excessive working hours - Less time assigned for development tasks - Undue pressure on employees and over expectation of management from employees - No work completed can lead you to work on Sunday and a lot of psychological lecture by management - No time for family
