Pros
Senior Management in recent years has spent a large amount of money and effort in updating the offices and facilities. They've shown to know the importance of investing in their people. There is also room for growth if you are willing to prove you want what is best for both the customer and the company. Senior management listens to and craves the input of the people beneath them. If you can present your reasoning well and back it with fundamental research you will find a receptive core leadership that wants the whole company moving towards betterment. The culture is receptive to helping those who help themselves. Questions and issues are addressed in a direct manner and it feels like a team effort as long as you bring your share of the work to the table.
Cons
You have to be a self-starter, there is not alot of hand holding and sometimes it may feel like you are tossed in the deep end and required to figure out your way of solving the issues. For some, this works fine, for others, it does not.
