Triangle Land Conservancy (TLC) has been under new leadership over the last year. The new ED is passionate about land conservation, has a wonderful public presence, and is an effective leader and exceptional person. TLC has a team of sharp and committed professionals who love the outdoors and land. The environment is casual and flexible, while the work is professional. The TLC board is impressive, comprised of accomplished community leaders who care about the TLC mission and get involved.
Cons
TLC is a small organization with limited resources. Promotions and professional development opportunities are more limited than larger organizations. This is a common theme among many small companies.
