Pros
This place was probably the best work atmosphere I have ever worked in. They don't micromanage at all, they're encouraging, positive, helpful, inviting, everything you can think of! It truly feels like you have a work family (without all the drama). While working there, I felt like my career was at an all time high but I probably dealt with the lowest lows I had ever experienced in my personal adult life and through the midst of it all they were still soo kind, helpful, and understanding. Most of the time, going to work was like a vacation! So for that I will always be so grateful and feel soo blessed to have had an opportunity to work with such a great bunch of people!
Cons
The boss used to microwave eggs in the morning which would smell like death to a pregnant woman! (like seriously, who does that!)
