Not a fan - Dispatcher Triad Service Center Employee Review

Honestly couldn't ask for a better group of people to spend the majority of my time with. The casual environment and president's open door policy make this a place I would turn down more money for. They believe in working with people to make them better rather than just cutting them loose. The pto is a lot more fair than other places I've worked

Tech hours can be inconsistent.

Great management and dispatch always helped when you needed it

Pay was on the low end for the area I worked and lived and work flow was occasionally slow
