A pro that can be perceived as a con if you don't perform: Must be an A+ player to have a job their long term Fast growing company - that requires willingness to drop your ego and be comfortable with change Culturally must be aligned with the mission of DBDL (doing business and doing life)

Its a fast growing company - the cons are cons if you have a mindset that a company needs to be perfect at all times. When mistakes are made leaders do everything they can to make it right and pivot and adjust.
