If you are a person of color, this place of employment is not for YOU! They talk a good game but the blatant difference in treatment of those who are POC vs a White employee is obvious and if those are in Management even worse. Do not expect to receive training or tools to make you succeed on the contrary they lack any sort of true training that will help their employees succeed but are quick to get onto you if you do not meet expectations. How can you remotely meet expectations when you have no clue what your job description is, how to carry out that job and gain success. It's like they do it on purpose. The turnover rate is insane! Some of us have actually had higher job roles than the ones we are currently in but are treated in such a disgusting manner you would think we had no type of education or skill. We are just numbers, money makers for higher ups nothing more, nothing less.
