Great company to work for. They have flexible hours and consistent pay raises. They are a friendly bunch to work for.

I have not personally experienced anything that I would consider a con. I've always been treated with kindness and respect.

Owner is very professional and is always going above and beyond to take care of his customers and employees. In all my years working for Triad I cannot complain once about his good intentions to make Triad a great place to work.

It is no secret that some of the core management over the years has lacked to say the least ranging from Technical Writing, Sales, and Human Resources. Thankfully Triad has taken steps to eliminate the poor management with the last one being let go this month. Unethical practices, misguided leadership, avoiding recognition where due, instilling fear in staff (even threatening staff behind closed doors), and creating a negative environment has all contributed to a high turnover and decrease in morale.
