Pros

• A wonderful way to start your career and/or experience a career filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to learn. • Personally, I look forward to going to work every day, we have a great group of people and a very welcoming environment. • Abundant opportunity to gain exposure to many operational projects and expertise in various industries. • Highly collaborative work environment with talented individuals. • All team members are very motivated and strive to produce the best deliverable for the clients. • TriVista believes strongly in continuous improvement and encourages (and supports) employees to pursue continuing education. • Even Associates (least senior team members) are encouraged to take initiative to drive company improvements through development of best practices and tools. • Very engaged Executive Team – all levels of employees have the opportunity to work side-by-side with Executive Team members, gain mentorship and offer candid feedback. • Core delivery team members get to travel to client sites nationally and internationally.

Cons

• Very high expectations for all employees to be fully dedicated to providing excellent customer service. • Occasional late hours are required to meet tight deadlines. • Travel requirements vary by the project and can fluctuate between travelling once a month to travelling Monday-Friday for 6 weeks straight.

Pros

Great CEO, good career opportunities people wanting to get into consulting. Very good benefits for a small company. Strong recruiting team focused on finding top level talent. There used to be a leadership development program, but I think that's been discontinued. Decent HR tools in place for the size.

Cons

This is a really hard review to write. I have been with the company for many years and have seen it go from a place where everyone was working as one cohesive team with very strong leadership to where it is now, which is very siloed, negatively competitive and leadership that seems to be unfocused or uncaring of what the future holds. The newest and fastest growing practice is digital and technology, which is great, but there are people that have been promoted into practice leadership roles that take every opportunity to speak poorly about the CEO, other practice leaders, other team members, and pretty much everyone not in that practice. Comments like, "He went to get his Jesus on" and dropping f-bombs every other word are offensive. The company is very behind on AI which makes it hard to field client demand. This isn't any one person's fault - just an outcome of being in a small company with limited resources.
