      Pay is ok. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Constant micromanagement. No autonomy. High management turnover. Take the blame for boss' bad decisions. 1990s technology in all departments, hostile HR department. Payroll errors. extremely inefficient. expected to work during off time and vacation.

      Great Benefits and you can choose your work based on seniority.

      You have to be willing to sign for any of the 3 garages, and the work you pick might be a split run.
