      I've loved my time at TriMet, I moved up from bus operator to rail controller in less than 4 years.

      Cons

      When you first start off, the hours can be rough, stick to it, show up to work and you will advance quickly.

      Great Benefits and you can choose your work based on seniority.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to sign for any of the 3 garages, and the work you pick might be a split run.
