Company truck to be treated as a POV Great folks in lower positions Decent pay Some flexibility Meeting good folks who are customers, growers, suppliers and competitors in the Ag industry

Dishonest management Disappearing bonus/commission pay (promised but they just seem to misplace them somewhere) Too much work for the few who are willing to work Failing business model due to competitors surpassing TriEst in every way in the eyes of the customer
