Good opportunity while it lasted.

Contract position that wasn't reliable if the company loses the contract bid

The client location was enjoyable, I would consider recommending this position for that reason alone. It was definitely not an average job and I feel lucky to have gotten this experience.

On-site: The security team was not organized, and there was not any structured training. All training was passed down word-of-mouth, causing us to neglect new information in favor of outdated information. It also led to a lot of hear-say within the team. Real problems were glossed over while smaller issues were focused on. Not everyone put the same care and detail into their performance, allowing for inconsistency in our output. TriCorps: A little unorganized, especially when it came to employee benefits and insurance. They were extremely hard to reach and don't make it easy. In general with all levels of management, it felt like concerns and questions continued to be passed along until someone ultimately forgets and the problem never gets solved.
