Communication flow could be improved

A lot of good people within the organization, sold on a dream and culture that simply does not exist within the reality of the business model.

Most employees have bit received regular reviews/ pay increases. The most positively negative place you will ever work. Nothing will be good enough. Owners are indecisive and abusive. They cannot hold to an operations plan or vision - you’re constantly trying to hit a moving target. Treatment of employees is based on the CEO’s wife’s opinion, who happens to be the head of HR. During my tenure I was asked to apply policy based on her preferences rather than fair and consistent measures. Business ethics are an after thought here.
