Weekends and Holiday days off

Even with hurricane, they expect you to come to work. Very disorganized, lots of wasted kit materials due to management's inability to fully implement appropriate policy and guidelines. The low starting pay also reflects the quality of assemblers getting hired. Low annual raises shows unappreciation to long time employees and disinterest in motivating a positive company culture. Health insurance is very expensive.
