Poor rank leadership. There is no communication between ranks. Several ranks are hot heads and think they are the only ones that matter and get away with just about everything. Don’t try and prove it or else you’ll be the target. Ranks are handed out like candy yet not to the ones that deserve it or work hard to advance. You will be expected to perform a certain way but you’ll see top level ranks not act or present themself The way they expect from you. The hiring process is easy, couple questions and you’re hired no real interview.
