      Good salary and benefits for performance. Workers promoted and given incentives for hard work and good performance. Pleasant working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Company run by single leader which had its downsides at times. Sometimes decisions were made by the leader without considering consensus of other employees.

      Friendly services, teamwork is awesome, the support from the administration is a 100% sure, and it hires anyone no matter the employment status!
