Pros

I love working here! I've been here 3 years, the people are great! It's like a family and people really care about each other. When there is an issue management listens and handles the problem head on. I would recommend this company to anyone who is fed up with working at big companies where you're just a number and worked to death!! We have work life balance here. We work hard and play hard!!

Cons

no 401k yet, management working on that as we continue to grow.

Pros

Friendly working environment, that has a family feel. Moreover, they have a solid leadership team that really considers its employees recommendations, thoughts, and concerns.

Cons

Fast paced work environment with competing deadlines…. Not for the lazy or weak of heart!

Pros

The employees you work with are what made me stay, and anything other than that made me quit.

Cons

Everything from bounced paychecks, not paying their taxes, mislead promises, secretive management, and the worst of all? The founder. Jacques Poujade has been running his "businesses" for quite some time to understand the basics of having employees. Jacques lied to his employees about another founder leaving due to cancer (he left because the business is falling apart). He lied about paychecks bouncing (by lied, I mean did not let his employees know what is going on), getting investments, leads, etc. I could go on and on about this company. The one aspect about this company that should be noted is the HR department. There is no department, but one man. This man should be let go due to his inappropriate relations with it's female employees. Not only did he disregard any complaint about another employee or company policy or just complaint in general, he took it as enjoyment (especially if you are female). When confronted with ideas for the company and it's employees, he would give you the "food for thought" and continue on with his business and disregard your idea. HR is not a gossip club, please stop treating it as that.
