      - managers are flexible with work schedules in regards to taking kids to school and picking them up or having doctors appointments

      Cons

      - disorganized - not turning a profit - little room for growth - unhappy environment, most are stressed and unhappy to be there - not competitive salary

      there is absolutely not one pro to working here

      Cons

      lack of insight and/or direction, your pretty much on your own and left to figure it out by yourself. Cannot keep new hires, they either go to lunch or the bathroom and never come back. In one month I've seen 4 new hires bail before end of shift. Their ad says 15 to 17 per hour up to 22. when you get there, they say oh that's wrong. you make 14.00 per hour and if you work second shift you 1.00 differential.
