      very casual work environment due to disorganization

      Cons

      -disorganized company, you have to feel the wrath of their lack of structure when the company doesn't make a profit ex: can't give proper raises due to "inflation" but will spend thousands of dollars to pamper higher-ups - racism, sexism, homophobia, etc very common in the workplace - HR is known for not being trusted - overwork employees and bad work/life balance - office locations are typically in the middle of small racist towns

      there is absolutely not one pro to working here

      Cons

      lack of insight and/or direction, your pretty much on your own and left to figure it out by yourself. Cannot keep new hires, they either go to lunch or the bathroom and never come back. In one month I've seen 4 new hires bail before end of shift. Their ad says 15 to 17 per hour up to 22. when you get there, they say oh that's wrong. you make 14.00 per hour and if you work second shift you 1.00 differential.
