Cons
Upper management treats college as a corporation. lower management is incompetent and toxic. diversity is not valued. People with vision and valuable skill sets are leaving or being fired to keep unsophisticated morons in their positions The "Transformative Student Experience" is a feeble attempt at culture change that is unoriginal and has little to nothing to do with the student. A culture of "yes men." A member of administration steals ideas and work from others to use in his dissertation. An "Us vs Them" mentality from the administration. The Marketing Department is quite possibly misappropriating state funds. "Death by Committee" is the rule of law. No advancement, management plays favorites.
