The college has many good faculty and reasonable quality in basic education. The mission of the college is an important one and you have the chance to really change the lives of students. Benefits are adequate,
Cons
People who are not from the region are not well treated. The leadership of the college encourages a blame culture resulting in an atmosphere of distrust and divisiveness. The college is kept in chaos due to poor leadership, lack of understanding of their environment, and a failure to foster a supportive and positive climate. The employment laws in South Carolina are not friendly to workers, and neither is Tri-County. Senior leadership seem to struggle. If you have other choices, you should seriously consider them.
