Tri-county is a small environment that really fosters relationship building. If you enjoy knowing everyone you work with and a growing educational environment that uses a significant amount of technology, this is the place for you!
Cons
There are really not too many downsides except for the remote location of this school corporation. If you prefer to work in more of a city environment, this may not be the employer for you.
