      The best thing about working at TriCounty is the people. There is a great culture of teamwork, andhelping your peers.

      Cons

      Tri County seems to have lower pay than competitive companies in the same market. The Ownership takes every opportunity to put money in their pocket at the expense of the employees.

      A lot of freedom to choose your routes.friendly workplace. Attentive.

      Cons

      Lots of manual labor, Trucks are beat to death. Only about 4 are good. The other 20 barely run. You always have to work a extra day of its a holiday week
