Pros
There's always a job for someone who wants one, because the turnover rate is through the roof. Many of the employees doing the grunt work with the clients actually have hearts for the work they're doing.
Cons
Very poor management creates fearful environment for employees. No opportunity for advancement. No salary increases. No "good job" or "thank you." Sets unrealistic expectations. Is always reactive, rather than pro-active. Many unethical practices among those at the top.
