      Very short staffed the housekeeping/laundry supervisor Annie wade is very rude and unorganized and very coniving doing very hard work for very little pay

      Pros

      Wonderful community with amazing residents. You can form great relationships with them and feel like you are making a difference. If you are on management's good side it can really work in your favor.

      Cons

      Upper management is corrupt, with terrible communication in all departments and decisions made out of protecting some and screwing over others for personal reasons. Departments are completely political when it comes to working together.
